Thank you for shopping with Brett Blumenthal Art. I value your business and want you to love the artwork you purchase! Please review my return and refund policies below.

Returns

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on unframed art prints and merchandise within 7 days of receipt. We do not accept returns or exchanges on originals, framed art, gallery wrapped canvas art, or framed gallery wrapped canvas art, or on custom or personalized artwork or products. 

Restocking Fee: Since all sales are made to order, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the total value of the returned or exchanged print or product.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including tracking and insurance for the full value of the product. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. All returns must be shipped to our office in North Carolina. Tracking needs to be provided as soon as the return is shipped or else the return will be rejected and no refund issued. 

Return Condition: The item returned must be in new condition, undamaged and in original packaging.

Refund Process: Once the returned print or merchandise is received and confirmed to be undamaged, the customer will be refunded the purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee. Refunds will post to the original payment method within 7 business days. 

International Exchanges/Returns

In accordance with EU law, we have a 14 day return policy in place to receive the undamaged, unused product back prior to refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping back to North Carolina, USA. Returns outside the EU are not accepted at this time.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Item

Received an item that isn’t absolutely perfect on arrival? No worries! It would be our pleasure to get you a replacement ASAP.

All damaged, defective and incorrect items are eligible for full replacement only. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us with a description of the damage and pictures by emailing info@brettblumenthalart.com within 72 hours of delivery. Additionally, there will be no need to send the damaged items back.

Cancellations

Your order is put into production as soon as we receive it. As such, cancellations must be made within two hours of order placement. After this time period, orders are not able to be cancelled. Please email us immediately at info@brettblumenthalart.com if you would like to cancel your order to see if we can assist.

At this time, we do not offer price adjustments after purchase.

Shipping Policy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address at checkout. If there are any issues or mistakes in your address in the order, proper delivery cannot be guaranteed. While we can often make changes to the address after purchase and before shipment, we cannot make changes to the address while the shipment is in transit. If an order is returned to us because of a customer error while entering the address and/or an incorrect address provided at checkout, re-shipment fees will be paid by the customer. If the customer does not want the item reshipped, merchandise credit will only be provided once the package is received back.

Please be aware that shipping upgrades are not guaranteed services -- they may take longer than listed at checkout depending on carrier volumes and delays.

Made to Order

All artwork and merchandise are printed and made to order. This means that when you place an order with Brett Blumenthal Art, the items that you purchased are produced and printed just for you! This reduces waste and ensures you get what you want without having a warehouse filled with unused inventory.
